Terms of Service

By using PeekLaunch (peeklaunch.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

1. Accounts

You can sign in with Google (NextAuth) or with email and password through Supabase. Email sign-up requires you to confirm the address. You are responsible for that login and for activity under your PeekLaunch account. Provide accurate maker and product details. Report unauthorised use to [email protected].

2. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit content you do not own or have permission to publish.
• Submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
• Manipulate upvotes, comments, ratings, ranks, or analytics with bots, rings, or fake accounts.
• Put URLs or promotional spam in comments. Comments that include http(s) or www are rejected.
• Scrape the site in a way that harms other users. Use the public sitemap, llms.txt, and /api/ai instead.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

We may remove listings or comments, reset manipulated votes, revoke dofollow or ad placements, and delete an account without refund. Where practical we email a short reason.

3. Maker content

Product listings, comments, and ratings stay yours. You grant PeekLaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, index, and create text copies of that content to run the board. Public listings are crawlable and may be used by search engines and AI crawlers.

4. Comments

Signed-in users may comment on a live product and leave a 1–5 star rating on a top-level comment. Replies are one level deep. The maker cannot use comments to plant outbound links. We may hide or delete comments that break these rules.

5. Paid features

Premium is $19 once per product. Premium+ is $39 once per product. Center ads are $19 per ISO week. Sidebar ads are $29 per ISO week. You upgrade and book ads on that product’s create or edit page, not on /pricing. Payments go through Dodo. Card data never touches our servers. Prices are in USD. Refunds follow the refund policy. Newsletter, directory-submit, and affiliate checkouts are not for sale on PeekLaunch.

6. Premium+ blog

After a listing is Premium+, the maker can generate one AI launch story from the product edit page. The article is at most 1,800 words, publishes on /blog at once, includes at least four dofollow links to that product’s website, and marks other sites nofollow. You are responsible for the facts in the story after it is published.

7. Backlinks and SEO

The product page is the canonical outbound surface. Premium and Premium+ stay dofollow there. A Free listing stays dofollow while the PeekLaunch badge (or a link to that product page) is on the maker’s site. We check the badge when you schedule or go live, not on a weekly crawl. The home board and week archives stay nofollow. Paid ads can carry a dofollow Visit. We do not promise Domain Rating, traffic, or a rank.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime or indexing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeekLaunch’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Termination

You may delete your account from dashboard settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, manipulate votes, or charge back a paid feature.

10. Third parties

PeekLaunch uses Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and email auth), NextAuth with Google, Dodo Payments, ImageKit (uploads), and OpenAI (listing prefill and Premium+ stories). Their terms also apply when you use those features.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the latest revision. Material changes that affect a paid feature will be emailed when we have your address.
